Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

Please include photos of the issue so our team can help you quickly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the one you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
